Due to the nature of Ylasore Labs’ digital products, returns and refunds are not available once an analysis has been initiated and the resulting report has been generated.

Our products, including listing analysis services such as PropScan, produce personalised results based on the property information submitted for analysis. These results are generated specifically for your listing and supplied as a downloadable PDF report.

Once you initiate an analysis, processing begins and the service is considered to have started. Once the PDF report has been generated or made available for download, the product has been delivered.

Because each report is individually generated and delivered digitally, it cannot be returned, exchanged or resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed or initiated analyses.

Please check the property details and listing information carefully before starting an analysis.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents your report from being generated or downloaded correctly, please contact Ylasore Labs so we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or regenerate the report.
