Return Guidelines
Unopened Products: If you wish to return an unopened product, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund after reviewing the issue.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or you can request a full refund.
